Black Box Attains ISO/IEC 20000-1:2005 Certification

How do you, as a customer, know that the product you are receiving is of the highest quality? If your product is a Black Box product then you should know that the International Organization for Standardization, widely known as ISO, has certified Black Box to the ISO 9001:2000 Standard. In addition, the ISO has recently granted us the ISO/IEC 2000-1:2005 certification for our IT services at the Miami International Airport.

What is ISO?
ISO is the world’s largest international standard setting body. It is a network of the national standards institutes of 162 countries (with one member for every country). They are a non-governmental organization that creates a bridge between the public and private sectors. In doing so they are able to meet the requirements of both businesses and the public. ISO is headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland.

 
What are the criteria to be certified for ISO/IEC 2000-1:2005?
